although you cannot put this on a BoE i wonder is it possible to put this on someone else's shoulders through the "will not be traded" spot? kinda like how twinks get the 100+ hp to their head, does anybody know??

Note that it is actually possible to get this on a 59 twink, it's just insanely hard to get now because the coins and bijous are rarely in the AH.
However, by destroying enough https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/search=bijou for https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=19858 you can get exalted, or by doing the coin quests over and over:
https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=8238 (there are 3 different coin quests)

Apart from the epic engineering helm ( https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=32461 ) in 2.4, this enchant will be the final item I'll need and my twink warrior will probably be the best geared in the world.

I am interested in putting this enchant on my level 29's shoulders. (Which are currently BoE - while i research).

A warning to those who may think these could be used as twink enchants (i tried, it can't be done)

You can only use ZG helm or shoulder enchants on items in your inventory.

The target item, if not already soulbound, will become soulbound regardless of if it bind on equip, bind on pickup or unbound like most white items are.

You cannot enchant an item using any of the ZG helm or shoulder enchants through a trade window like the old armor kits allowed.

Since the addition of Wrath of the Lich King, this can now be applied to ANY Bind to Account shoulder items... all you need to do is be exalted with Zandalar Tribe on your main. :)

Approximately how long does it take to reach exalted with them. I know you have to run that level 60 raid in STranglethorn in order to get your rep up with them?

Yep as of 3.08 you can no longer apply any of the zandalar shoulder enchants to bind to account items BUT if you already had these enchants applied to your bind to account shoulders before 3.08 you get to keep the enchant.

Luckily for me I already had signet of might applied to my mail and plate bta shoulders as well as the signet of mojo on my bta cloth shoulders

Just a little note about the Greater Inscription of the Gladiator if you have it on your BOA shoulders already your still boned as you won't actually get the stats from the enchant unless your 70 or up so even though the shoudlers may say it your not getting the stats.

With the change in shoulder-enchant mechanics in 3.1 this enchant can now be applied to BoA-shoulders!
But you must be >lvl60 i believe to benefit from the enchant but it will help in levelling from 70 to 80 at least.

This is not confirmed for this enchant, but has been tested and proven for the Aldor/Scryer enchants @ lvl70
so i assume it's the same with these.
If you have some Zandalar Honor Tokens or enchant lying around it's probably worth another shot!

Blizz has gone to making shoulder enchants available to all of your characters (with appropriate level requirements to prevent OP twinks)...so you only have to do the rep (or honor/stone) grind on one toon.

This applies to Sons of Hodir (req lvl 80), Wintergrasp (req lvl 80), Honor (req lvl 70), Violet Eye (req lvl 70), Aldor (req lvl 64), Scryer (req lvl 64), Argent Dawn (req lvl 55), and Zandalar Tribe (req lvl 55), enchants.

The enchants can be placed on gear worn by low levels (e.g. BoA gear), but the enchant will be red until the character reaches the required level. The BoA enchants (LK) can be mailed from character to character. For the non BoA enchants (PreBC and BC), you have to have the gear in your inventory to enchant it. It can not be applied through the trade window (so enchanting your lowbie's quest reward gear is out).

I just grinded my 60 twink to exalted Zandalar rep 2 weeks ago.
Moved all my boa shoulders to him and did them all up with respective AP/SP
All of them worked with no issues.
Bonus inactive until level 55 though

Some one pointed it needed Tokens, what tokens you mean?
I have not been to Zg properly, and all i have seen is Coins, Hakkri items dropping, but please do explain, as i would like to get some of these enchants, and would like to be prepered untill then.

I'll say it, since it has not been stated out clearly yet:

This item is NOT available for a twink.
BoE shoulders applied with this immediately bind on the applyer, therefore you can't do it with your main.

To enter Zul'Gurub you need to be in a raid group as well as you need to be lvl 60.
If you don't meet these requirements and try to go in, you will simply recieve a message:
"You need to be level 60 and in a rain group to enter."

You can not trade this or apply this to to another person. First off, you have to be exalted with the Zandalar Tribe to get it or wear it. Therefor, I hardly think a twink will ever get this. Im not saying its not possible. I guess if your main has enough gold to give tou your twink you can go buy the coins and get rep that way. But to clear up any confusion, you can NOT trade this its or APPLY it to someone else thru a trade window.

1) To get this item, you must be exalted with the Zandalar and do a quest to turn in 15 Zandalar Honor tokens.

2) It CANNOT be applied via a trade window.

3) In order to turn in rep items for the Zandalar, you MUST be high enough level to enter the actual instance (Zul Gurub, that is) meaning no matter how unearthly rich your main character is, you cannot by this for your little battleground twink.

I transferred my character (exalted) with ZG to the test server with 15 bijous and some level 18 grey shoulders. Once you apply the signet to the shoulders it tells you "this will bind the item to you". But just to make sure, I had a friend bring over a level 22 hunter to attempt a trade, and sure enough, it threw the shoulders in the "will not be traded" section. O well, I guess Tablar Mantle will work for us twinks.

i play on shattered hand alliance and a horde who has talbar mantle(only green shoulders for 19 twinks in game) got this.to the person who was saying its a waste on a grey well real twinks dont wear grey shoulder we were green. does anyone know if this quest gives exp?

Yes! You can put this enchant on your twink's shoulders. The level cap for ZG is 50+ so, put this enchant on your 59 Twink's shoulders.

As far as I know you can still get this on a twink, you just have to give your twink all the coins and bijous to destroy. Once the toon is exalted and has the proper tokens, the toon can purchase the shoulder enchant. I have seen twinks with this enchant. The other way it used to work is you could put a BoE shoulder in the mailbox and start enchanting it and click send just as the enchant finished and it would send a basically BoP shoulder to your twink, however this got nerfed a few patches ago and is no longer possible after a lot of twinks started doing this trick with the glyphs you can get from Out lands rep factions.

This is one of three mantle enchants available at exalted faction with Zandalar.

Yes these are pretty nice (despite my being a hunter) and since im not quite revered (or exalted or whatever) with the Dawn, nor do I have any intention of grinding there, I'd like to know where/who/what/how do you get this? Yes I know it has to do with ZG.

So how hard are these to get? My guild's farming ZG already, and i'm friendly with the Zandalar Tribe. My pauldrons of might have +5 to all resists, but I'd love putting this on Arathi Basin shoulders for PvP.

Would it be possible though, for a person to enchant this to a lv 19 white shoulder in thier own inventory, one that does not bind when equipped, and trade it back to a low level player?

Most affordable way to gain reputation between bijous and coins:

Blue Hakkari Bijou (any color)
Destroy Bijou = +75 rep
Zandalar Honor Token = +50 rep

1x bijou = +125 rep
3x coins = +75 rep

One bijou is equivalent to five coins. Conclusion, if five coins are cheaper than one bijou, buy the coins and vice versa
