Consequently, we are thrilled beyond measure and feel a deep sense of responsibility. Through this letter, we hope to address some of your questions and share some of our vision for the future.
为此，我们欣喜若狂，又倍感责任，所以希望这封信可以解答您的部分疑惑，并且分享一些我们的愿景。
The agreement has been signed. However, there are a lot of technical preparations to do to welcome your back, including reconstructing the server rooms, updating our infrastructure and restoring various types of data. We still need some time to restart the service.
协议已经签订，但我们仍需要不短的时间来进行开服的技术准备，比如我们需要重建新的服务器机房、恢复各类数据等。
We sincerely apologize for not being able to immediately relaunch all Blizzard games. Both NetEase and Blizzard are fully committed to reduce your wait as much as possible.

In the future, the games will be relaunched sequentially, with the first game set to return this summer.

When the servers are available, we will ensure that your account data is fully preserved. Please ignore any rumors and avoid any forms of account trading behaviors.

Since shutdown, Chinese players have missed various in-game events and benefits. We will strive to offer you the opportunity to experience them as much as possible. Artists from NetEase and Blizzard are working together to design and forge a new Gorehowl sculpture.
网易与暴雪的艺术家们将通力合作，设计并铸造全新的血吼雕塑。
We aim to incorporate players' sentiments and memories into the new design and infused into the reborn Gorehowl, making it a new symbol of the bond between the players, NetEase, and Blizzard. This loot must be Indestructible.
我们将收集玩家们的心意与回忆，并把他融入设计，刻入新生的血吼。我们将让新生的血吼成为玩家、网易与暴雪的全新信物。本次掉落，永不磨损。
