Lootable from the Satchel of Helpful Goods that you receive after successfully completing a random dungeon of level 25-35. Only Warriors and Paladins will see these gloves. Random enchants I've seen them have are:

...of the Bear (+9 Strength, +9 Stamina)
...of Strength (+15 Strength)
...of the Soldier (+7 Strength, +7 Stamina, +7 Critical Strike Rating)
...of Stamina (+15 Stamina)
...of the Champion (+7 Strength, +7 Stamina, +7 Defense Rating)

Pretty disappointing to get the spell power version on a warrior seeing as it is the only version we can't really use. :)

Good thing LFG is fast as a tank.
