The rezzed guy/girl will controll a ghoul like a vehicle, you wont get alive just will controll a ghoul with probably the same power as the death knight's ghoul

My friends helped me test this ability. Turns out, the ghoul raised from an ally has the exact same stats as your ghoul, meaning that it is affected by your strength/stamina, and your talents that increase the effects of your strength/stamina on your normal ghoul, like this and this. As long as your buddy uses claw all the time, and never lets his energy get to 100, he'll only do a little less DPS than your ghoul. (moving mobs, etc.)

Just a FYI, allies that have been hit with this can't be rezzed by normal means after, so if you are halfway through a raid, not a good time to use it.

How do you learn this spell exactly? Talents, trainer or what? There's no spell cost so it COULD be a talent.

funny thing happened once i was in AV i was about to go down i was going to summon my ghoul for a quick death pact but i hit this instead and accidentaly ressed myself as a ghoul. it was quite odd it seems to work on the same principles as corpse explosion with a small delay.

Does anyone know what level range this works on? For instance, I am level 72, and I tried to raise a 53 and it was unsuccessful.

Will your ally's corpse gets used up? Is it still possible to resurrect him after you have used raise ally on him?

This would be great for a Death Knight (Unholy Spec) to have Book of the Dead, Ancient Cornerstone Grimoire, Antique Cornerstone Grimoire, and Antediluvian Cornerstone Grimoire. Then simply create a macros to used the item then switch it out for the other summoning books, summoning each skeleton (each lasting 60 sec) before casting Army of the Dead (each ghoul lasting 40 sec).

In addition to your raised ally, ghoul minion, and gargoyle that would be a great undead army to see for a total of 17 NPCs under your "command": 1 raisd ally, 4 skeletons, 10 ghouls (is this the max able to be summoned with the spell?), ghoul minion, and gargoyle 8D

There are other summoning trinkets but this an "Undead Army" theme, unless I missed another item summoning undead minions ;)

Either Details damage meters doesn't want to count the spells properly or the zombie does almost no damage. It was showing 4 casts of claw dealing like 40 damage total.
