Nice that more fists are being added, also this seems to be on pair with end-game gear from Burning Crusade (or so it seems to me) and is from a level 71-72 quest apparently (says wowhead).
The quest also rewards some other nice items but I guess I liked this one most. =)

And by the looks of the icon seems to be an Iron Dwarf (or what they are called) weapon, of course I could be wrong...

As a Enhancement shamans I would pick this up and Fist of the Tuskarr. No matter if I have to travel between some zones.

Edit: Just checked and it seems like both are gotten in Borean Tundra, now I know where I will go on my shaman!

dunno about the rest of the WoW community but i am glad that Blizzard have brought Back the 2.8 weapon speed to weapons, as most at 70 became 2.6. Hemo rogues Wet dream

I thought hemo got normalized in the end? Oh well, my bad i guess.. I hardly await this on my enh shaman though! (2.8 speed, I've dreamed about that since I left Azeroth :D)

As of October 28th, 2008, this weapon has no binds or level requirement. Can anyone say twink weapon? :P

This is a GREAT leveling weapon for Enh shamans. I have a +20 agi enchant on it and it is an Excellent combo. This is very much worth getting as soon as feasible in BT to help take the mobs down. I'm sure there are better PvP reward weapons and such, but if (like me) you didnt have to stop at level 70 and hang out for the epics, this weapon ROCKS.

For you rogues thinking about (or having) combat fists - get this weapon. There really isn't anything else even close until you get to 80, or are lucky when running an instance. I'm kicking myself for taking the dagger.

Also, I'm not a hardcore player by any means, but I've found a really good balance spec for leveling on a PvP server is this - https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/talent=fZMxAzx0xoru0xoZeMfbhhzdh. Fill the combat tree first, then fill sub as you progress from to 80. All the fun of fast energy return, all the survivability that preparation brings, plus hemo for that added damage. I recommend the gylph of vigor and hemo to pair with this build.

This fist should be Epic, it is that good! Easily attainable, slowest fist weapon in WotLK. You can pick this thing up as early as level 68, and won't even think about replacing it until level 80 (with Fist of the Deity, if you're lucking enough to have it drop).

Rogues - spam SS with this and you'll hit like a truck. Pair it with Claw of the Undead Ravager for serious energy production.

Bonus! It looks great and as a gnome it drags on the ground. Huge weapons FTW!

Enchants do not show up on this weapon due to it already having a fiery appearance.

Worth noting also is that this is the only rare fist weapon rewarded via a quest in Wrath.

If you're travelling Northrend, be sure to pick this up. In all of my time playing the game this is the weapon I've held for the longest period of time. I picked it up at around 71-72 when doing the appropriate quest. I then went through the rest of Borean, Dragonblight, Sholoazar Basin & most of Icecrown before replacing it.

Now keep in min I am an enhancement shaman, I did all the quests in those zones (or at least enough to get the quest achievement) and I ran every instance except UP, Oculus & CoT: Strath at least once while leveling.

I ultimately ended up replacing this with the fist weapon available from the Knights of the Ebon Blade one you hit honored with them.

As a levelling Protection Warrior, you want to pick this up if you come straight from Outlands. The stats works for tanking as it improves you threat output quite a bit, and the weapon makes levelling faster until you get a "proper" weapon.

it would be a good weapon for rogue : armor penetration,attack power , agility but cuz of it's speed its good for Shammys and Hunters :(

If you are levelling a combat rogue you should choose it as the quest reward. Combine it with Shocking Claws which is usually for 30-50G out on AH and you have a solid dps output till you reach level 75-76.

lol i have a combat rogue when i was lvl 71 i took borean shamsher and Shocking Claws i found it in AH with 10G xD always get things with low price

There are three quest chains and one quest you have to complete before you get the quest Hellscream's Champion which rewards the axe

* Starting with The defense of Warsong Hold, get it from from High Overlord Saurfang in Warsong Hold, and ending with
step:6 Tank ain't Gonna Fix Itself

* Starting with Untold Thruths, get it from the Shadowstalker Barthus 43,55 and hen go to the quy laying on the ground who is surrounded by a green cloud, outside
Warsong Hold in the Quarry area- coordinates 40,52, and ending with step 7: Foolish Endeavors

* Starting with The Wondrous Bloodspore, get it from Bloodmage Laurith at the Bloodspore Plains in the Borean Tundra
-coordinates 53,53, and ending with step:6 Trophies of Gammoth

* Do the 3 quests rom Mobu 32,54 - Superstrong Metal Plates!, Mobu's Pneumatic Tank Transjigamarig and Tanks alot...

* Then do the quest The plains of Nassam offered by the guy standing next to Mobu - Gorge the Corpsegrinder. Turn this quest in to Hellscream and he should now offer you the quest Hellscream's Champion.

ALLIANCE

Alliance have to do a four step quest chain starting with Finding the Phylactery in Thassarian and ending with
quest Last Rites which will give the same rewards as Horde.
