Finally found the cave at 62.41 - 41.77. Chieftain is towards the back of the cave but you have to deal with annoying wailing winds inside the cave.

You don't have to click through dialogue to hear his speech. Just tell him you want to listen and wait. If you keep clicking (like I did thinking it was bugged) it resets his speech.

I had the same problem as the posters above. No matter how much I waited or how many times I clicked, he wouldn't speak. But he also gives you the quest Distorsions in Time where you have to use the totem to close the rifts. I closed the four rifts and tried again and he started talking instantly.

Maybe just a coinsidence but worth a try still.

I can't believe nobody has noticed, but the typo in the quest-text for this is quite amusing.
I'd believe he got immortality, not immorality from the bronze dragonflight.
This made me chuckle quite a bit :>

I noticed he shuffled funny after I asked him the first 50 times, so I tried walking behind him and asking him, it worked like a charm, oddly enough.

Looks like I'm getting rated down, but don't rate me down if you havn't had this error, this worked perfectly for me and I've told people who asked in general chat and it has worked for them as well. Just walk behind him then talk to him.

spam clicking didn't work for me. what did was click him, wait till he brings his hands down (from shrugging) and then click the dialog (so wait 5-10 seconds or so)

For those who are as stupid as me... he is NOT in the giant cave called the Howling Hollow with the Scion of Storms inside.

His cave is a little one which is more to the west

For those of you who usually aoe mobs, don't try it with these (especially mages). They have a charge attack that messes up any kind of channeling

Chieftain Swiftspear is in the back of the cave 61,39. You can just about fly to the back of the cave.

Description

When the bronze dragonflight gifted me with immortality and set me on the path of the witness, Nozdormu entrusted me with the Lorehammer.

The hammer's reaction to your findings means that time has gone awry here and it is our duty to restore the true timeline.

We must find it. To the northwest is Frostfloe Deep, ancient burial cave of the warriors of Tunka'lo. Seek out the spirit of Chieftain Swiftspear, Stormhoof's brother. Ask him what he remembers of his brother's battle against the North Wind.
