I was able to make this last night. Enchanters with the enchant can simply use their own mats and enchant the Weapon Vellum II - https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=39350

When the enchanter enchants the Vellum, it creates the scroll. I was able to make one for Major Spellpower, Mongoose and Savagery last night. You can also do the same for armor on the Armor Vellum. Higher level enchants need the Armor Vellum II which I haven't seen for sale from Inscription professions yet.

Basically it allows enchanters to sell their enchants to players without having to do it in person. They can simply give someone the scroll or sell it, and they can enchant their own weapons.

How would this work on a BoA weapon. would it jus not work till u reach 35?

I got the scroll then tried it on my weapon (Grand Staff of Jordan), it said that i was too low level to use it. Im a 39 lock and the scroll requires a 35 weapon, since the weapon is a leveling weapon basically it is the same level i am, shouldn't it work? help!
